Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using NutriSnap3 ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
NutriSnap3 helps you track your food intake by using artificial intelligence (Google's Gemini API) to identify food items from photos — optionally combined with a note you provide — and estimate their nutritional content, cross-referenced against the USDA FoodData Central database where possible. You can also look up packaged products by scanning their barcode, which queries the Open Food Facts database directly from your device.
NutriSnap3's calorie and nutrition estimates are generated automatically by AI image recognition and nutrition databases. They are estimates only and may be inaccurate. NutriSnap3 does not provide medical, dietary, or nutritional advice, and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician, dietitian, or other healthcare professional. If you have food allergies, medical conditions, or specific dietary requirements, consult a professional before making decisions based on information from this App. You use the App's nutrition estimates at your own risk.
The App currently offers a limited number of free AI food-photo analyses per day. We may introduce a paid subscription for additional usage in the future; any such subscription will be billed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their respective terms.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of personal food and nutrition tracking, and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the App or the services it depends on.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including but not limited to any decisions made based on the App's nutrition estimates.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any of its features at our discretion.
